Side brush wrapped

I bought the robot 2 weeks ago, and now it starts working and immediately gives error message “side brush wrapped”. Check all the side brushes, they are all clean, the only issue is, the lid of the big side brush is a bit ripped. Might it be the problem, and what can I do? How can it be ripped in 2 weeks?

Please follow the steps below to solve your problem.

1. Check if the side brush is deformed or entangled with foreign objects.

2. If the side brush is deformed, please replace it with a new one.

3. If there are foreign objects: While the robot is cleaning, the side brush and brush roll may become entangled with the power cord, charging cable, etc. Pull out the side brush and remove the foreign objects. After cleaning, place the robot near the cleaning area to ensure continuous cleaning. Place the power cord on the floor before cleaning to avoid entanglement.
