Shitbot refused 10 times and says the zone can't be reached, even when placed in the 2mx2m zone which it already drove through 7 times before
Complete shitproduct total waste of money and time!
And carpets can't be removed?!!!

And the shitbot is only 1 week old! Immediately return and buy a usual freaking mop for 20 shitbucks

To remove the rug

Rugs can be removed. To do so, follow these steps:

Open the map page in the app.

Tap "Edit map."

Find "Rug settings."

In the rug settings, try removing the detected rug.

If this is not possible, we will need to investigate whether it's due to a map detection error.

To better assess the problem, we ask that you provide the following information:

A screenshot of the current map in the app
Photos of the actual situation in the area the robot cannot clean (e.g., floor surface, obstacles, etc.)

This information will help us determine:

Whether the issue is due to a map creation error
Whether environmental factors are blocking the robot's path
Or whether there might be a defect in the device
