Hello,
Thank you for your detailed description of the device's condition. Regarding the issue of the L40s Pro Ultra getting stuck at a certain battery percentage during charging and unable to continue charging, this is usually related to abnormal charging contact, system recognition, or battery status. We suggest you troubleshoot using the following steps:
1. Check the charging contact between the base station and the robot.
Please clean the metal contacts on the bottom of the robot and the base station again, ensuring there is no dust, water stains, or dirt affecting conductivity.
When placing the robot in the base station, confirm it is backed up in place, without wobbling, and properly aligned.
2. Restart the base station and robot.
Power off the base station for 1 minute and then power it back on.
Press and hold the robot's power button to restart the device and allow the system to reinitialize.
(You mentioned a brief recovery before restarting, but this is currently ineffective. We still recommend performing this step again to rule out temporary system abnormalities.)
3. Check environmental factors.
Avoid movement, collisions, or human interruption during robot charging.
If you have tried all the above troubleshooting methods, there may be an internal hardware fault in the device. You can contact our after-sales team for further assistance.
Below are the contact details for our after-sales team. Please submit your S/N and invoice when contacting them, and inform them of the troubleshooting results so they can resolve your issue more quickly:
