[Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete] "Robot used water tank is full error" when it is not

We got the robots yesterday and started it to see if everything was working initially it was. We let it charge and the next morning we wanted to use it. The moment it started working it said that the used to water tank is full. We have cleaned the tank and emptied it multiple times there's barely any water and it doesn't work. It goes back to its docking station says that it's draining works for a few seconds and then says that it's full again.

Before contacting support try this:
1. clear the cache first.
2. Then close the DreameHomeApp
3. then switch off the robot with the start/stop button (hold it pressed for approx. 3 seconds)
4. then pull out the power plug of the base station
5. wait approx. 3 min.
6 . plug the base station's power plug back in
7. switch the robot back on
8. start the DreameHomeApp again
9. click on the robot in the DreameHomeApp
10. Now your plug-IN should update again.
11. Done

Hello, regarding this issue, we suggest you first check if the wastewater tank is installed correctly. If it is, you can check it using the following steps:

1. If the wastewater tank is full, please empty it first.

2. Check if the float in the wastewater tank is floating normally and check if the magnet is still there. If it is missing, please contact our after-sales team to send you a new wastewater tank.

3. Click the "Clean Mop Mat" / "Wash" button on the app to start washing the mop mat and check if the error persists.

As you can see from the photo. It is empty and floating thing is there. Magnet also, I guess. I don't know what the wash mop / wash button is.

Also sometimes it's saying it is dirty and I should clean it which as you can see is not the case.
