1. If the wastewater tank is full, please empty it first.
2. Check if the float in the wastewater tank is floating normally and check if the magnet is still there. If it is missing, please contact our after-sales team to send you a new wastewater tank.
3. Click the "Clean Mop Mat" / "Wash" button on the app to start washing the mop mat and check if the error persists.
