Camera images is not shown

I went through the procedure to set a passcode and activate the camera. But when I activate the camera, it show no image. Only “Openning… Please wait.”  
What is the solution?

Try to erase the cache in the app and try again!

Hast du genug lange gewartet bei mir geht es 30-60 Skunden.

I did all the above. I also waited long enough. Still the same. At the end I get the attached message.

Any solutions to this issue? I also sent an email to the given address. Bo response yet.
I not solved, I’d have to return the device.
