Regarding the “Internal Error -89” issue you encountered, we kindly suggest that you try resetting the robot first. Please follow the steps below:
Open the top cover of the robot;
Use a tool to press and hold the reset button for about 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt saying “Starting factory reset”;
Once the reset is complete, restart the robot and try using it again.
Kind reminder: After resetting, all cleaning records will be erased and the cleaning settings will be restored to factory defaults.
If the issue still persists after performing the above steps, we recommend that you send the device serial number (SN) and purchase invoice to our after-sales support team so that we can further investigate and provide you with an appropriate solution.
