Hello, we understand your disappointment and sincerely appreciate you for raising this issue clearly and consistently. Regarding the notification concerns you mentioned—especially about the lack of finer control and customization—we have carefully documented your feedback and will continue to share it with the relevant teams as an important reference for future product improvements. Literally EXACTLY the same answer was given to another user here in this forum (US) a year ago. So basically nothing happened. No updates, no features. Just bla bla It is quite annoying these notifications has made me reconsider buying anything from Dreame as I’ve realized that purchasing another product would only lead to more notifications and other inconveniences. In comparison, other companies seem to have better notification systems.
