For this situation, we recommend checking whether the base station is properly connected to a power source. You can also try plugging the base station into a different power outlet.

Additionally, if the base station has been moved, you will need to manually dock the robot with the station. After re-docking, the robot will automatically update the base station's position and reorient itself during the cleaning process.
