Dreame C1 doesn’t spray

Despite filling the water tank, enabling the automatic spray function and using the forced spray functionality to unblock the water pipes (this works - this is the only time I’ve seen the robot actually spray) the robot runs completely dry, not even a drop. Could you please let me know what the problem might be?

Regarding the issue of the C1 not spraying, please consider the following points:

Spraying Logic:

The main unit will spray water only after completing edge detection and will intelligently determine the amount of spray according to the actual working environment. No water will be sprayed when approaching the window frame.
When the main unit is first adsorbed and the cleaning task begins, it will spray once (to clear the air remaining in the pipes at the factory and to clear the water pipes).
No liquid is sprayed in the N-shaped cleaning path, during the cleaning of frameless glass, in edge mode, or during remote control and fixed-point cleaning.
No liquid is sprayed when it is 1 unit away from the frame in the running direction.
Once the window frame is reached, liquid will be sprayed once in the reverse direction.
Suggested Solutions:

Please confirm whether there is special cleaning liquid in the water tank. If not, please add it;
Please open the app to confirm whether the "Auto Spray" switch is turned off. If it is off, please turn it on;
Check whether the water spray outlets at the front and rear of the machine are blocked. If so, please wipe the spray outlets with a clean rag and try again;
When the machine is in the adsorption state, you can open the app and click the highlighted text under [Auto Spray] to manually control and observe whether the machine will spray water.
