[A1 Pro] Aggressiv Pivot turns

The A1 Pro often performs sharp 90 degree pivot turns on the spot, which van tear up the turf. Especially on softer or slightly wet or loose ground.

I understand this is comon for many robot mowers, but it feeles like there sould be room for improvement. For example:
• smoother, curved turns instead of pivoting i. Place.
• spiral or continous paths instead of back-and-forth lanes

With lidar based Navigation, it seemes like more natural movement patterns should be possible.

Any Workarounds or Settings? Has dreame addressed this? Or is an AWD the only option?

Curious to hear yout thoughts.

Hello, thank you very much for your detailed feedback and valuable suggestions. We fully understand your experience and concerns.

At present, the issue of aggressive on‑the‑spot turning affecting the turf is usually related to wet, soft, or loose ground conditions, which can reduce traction. Under such circumstances, the robot is more likely to slip during turns, causing increased stress on the lawn surface. We therefore recommend using the device whenever possible on dry and relatively even grass, as this can help minimize impact on the turf.

At the same time, your suggestions regarding optimizing turning behavior and enabling smoother, more natural movement paths are highly appreciated. We have documented your feedback and will forward it to our product and R&D teams for further evaluation and potential optimization, such as reducing abrupt turns and improving turning path logic.

Thank you again for your constructive input, patience, and continued support.
