[Matrix10 Ultra] Matrix10 Ulta wont mop when I choose vac&mop

Hello and Apolgies for the English,

I have an issue that when I choose vac&mop, the robot only vacumes and never mops. (it doesnt even mount the mop pads)
When I choose just to mop then it works fine. The problem started after about a month of usage.

1. I am on the latest firmware
2. I tried removing the mop, resetting and readding it in the app.
3. I tried removing the mops and re-installing them in the dock station.

I'll re-iterate that when choosing only mop, it usually works but it wont mop when choosing vac&mop.
I bought it about more then a month ago in MediaMartk.

Has there been a firmware update recently?
Maybe this will help:
1. clear the cache first.

2. Then close the DreameHomeApp

3. then switch off the robot with the start/stop button (hold it pressed for approx. 3 seconds)

4. then pull out the power plug of the base station

5. wait approx. 3 min.

6 . plug the base station's power plug back in

7. switch the robot back on

8. start the DreameHomeApp again

9. click on the robot in the DreameHomeApp

10. Now your plug-IN should update again.

11. Done

I am on firmware 4.3.9_3654 which is the latest and I already seen a plugin update.
Please advise what to do next.

Please check whether any related error messages appear in the app.
Please confirm whether the Vac & Mop mode does not mop in both “Clean Genius” mode and “Custom” mode.

For further investigation, we would appreciate it if you could provide the following information:

A related video showing that after selecting Vac & Mop, the robot only vacuums
A screenshot of the cleaning route map in Vac & Mop mode
The serial number (SN) of the device

Thank you for your prompt reply.

1. There are no error message
2. The issue is very random and can happen either on Vac & Mop or "Clean Genius". For example yesterday Vac & Mop worked, the day before it didnt. Today I ran "Clean Genius' and it did not mop.
