Struggling to climb 2cm ramp

Lately I’m been having trouble with my vacuum cleaner. It’s not able to do clean properly, struggling to climb small ramps in the floor and sometimes acting crazy. Is there any help I can find to resolve these issues

Try ths before contacting support:
1. clear the cache first.
2. Then close the DreameHomeApp
3. then switch off the robot with the start/stop button (hold it pressed for approx. 3 seconds)
4. then pull out the power plug of the base station
5. wait approx. 3 min.
6 . plug the base station's power plug back in
7. switch the robot back on
8. start the DreameHomeApp again
9. click on the robot in the DreameHomeApp
10. Now your plug-IN should update again.
11. Done

Regarding the issue you mentioned about the robot having difficulty crossing a threshold of around 2 cm and occasionally behaving abnormally, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

The maximum threshold crossing capability of the L10s Pro Gen 2 is approximately 20 mm. If the actual height slightly exceeds this limit, the robot may fail to climb over it.
Please check whether the LDS (laser sensor) on top of the robot is rotating properly. You may gently press the LDS cover to see if it rebounds normally.
Check whether there are any hairs or debris stuck in the rotating part of the LDS, as this may affect its normal operation.
Please clean the line laser and other sensors to ensure there is no dust or fingerprints covering them.
Try restarting the robot and test it again.
