Smells bad and foul

Hello
After just using for a few days now, the entire robot is somehow smelling so bad that I had to install a room freshner in my kitchen where i have installed the aqua 10. Also, cleaning has deteriorated in just few days of cleaning even after maintaining the robot vaccum. Please help here.

Regarding the unpleasant odor and the decline in cleaning performance that you reported, we recommend checking the following points:

1. Please clean the dirty water tank regularly and rinse it thoroughly with clean water after emptying it. If dirty water is left in the tank for an extended period, unpleasant odors may develop.

2. Check the roller brush, the filter, and the inside of the dirty water tank for any hair, food residue, or other debris buildup, and clean them thoroughly.

3. It is recommended to run the station's self-cleaning function and also clean the wash tray, drainage outlet, and surrounding areas to prevent odors caused by dirt and residue buildup.

4. After cleaning, we recommend removing the dirty water tank, filters, and other detachable parts and allowing them to dry completely. Proper ventilation can help prevent the formation of unpleasant odors.

5. Please use the highest cleaning mode and then check whether the cleaning performance improves.
