I recently became the owner of a Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete, and despite its excellent hardware and advanced NVIDIA AI chips, I unfortunately have to say that several features do not perform as expected from what is still considered a flagship model.
More specifically, I own a Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete running firmware version 4.3.9_3955.
Unfortunately, I have been experiencing significant issues with navigation, mapping, and cleaning coverage:
* Missed corners and areas: Corners and certain sections of the floor are regularly skipped during cleaning.
* Inefficient navigation: The robot’s movement patterns sometimes seem illogical and unnecessarily inefficient.
* Inaccurate mapping: The map is not always accurate and does not seem to improve or adapt after multiple cleaning sessions.
* Incomplete cleaning coverage: Certain areas are repeatedly ignored, even though they are correctly represented on the map.
* Inaccurate representation of objects and spaces: The mapping system struggles to accurately represent objects, room boundaries, and narrow or low-clearance areas. The lack of smooth, continuous map rotation also makes the interface less intuitive. Improving this could significantly enhance the overall user experience.
Dear Dreame Team,I genuinely believe that the Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete has outstanding hardware potential. However, its software currently seems to be holding it back from delivering the premium experience that customers should expect from a flagship product.
I would really appreciate it if your development team could address these issues in an upcoming firmware and app update, particularly by improving navigation intelligence, mapping accuracy, cleaning coverage, and the overall user interface.
With the right software optimizations, I believe this robot could become despite his release date still one of the best-performing models on the market.
Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to seeing further improvements. |
