Hello,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating and concerning it must be to discover damage to your parquet floor. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
To help identify the cause, we recommend checking whether the drain outlet in the wash tray/base station is blocked. A blockage may prevent wastewater from draining properly and could lead to water overflowing. You can carefully clean the drain outlet using a thin wire, toothpick, or a similar tool.
Please also check whether the dirty water tank lid is properly closed. If the lid is not sealed correctly, or if the sealing ring on the lid is deformed or out of position, the wastewater may not be pumped into the dirty water tank correctly, which could also result in water leakage.
Regarding the floor damage, we recommend that you send the relevant photos and details to our after-sales team for further review:

When contacting our after-sales support, please also provide:
1. Proof of purchase / purchase invoice
2. A photo of the serial number (SN) label
3. A brief description of the issue and the results of the checks performed
These records will help our after-sales team review your case more efficiently and avoid repeated troubleshooting steps. Our team will carefully assess your case and advise you on the available next steps.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
