After exactly 1 year the water tank is not functioning anymore. It's not sucking water and so it's not cleaning the floor. Any suggestions how to maintain or where to buy the new water tank?

You tried using a syringe (without a needle) to spray clean water inside the hole in the dock where it passes so as to eliminate possible air bubbles that can block the water?
