Hello, recently the robot indicates cleaning interrupted when I take it to clean on another floor along with the abnormal docking error.
It cleans well and does the task, but after 20m² it asks to go to the base, if I do it and take it back to the floor it continues its work well. But at the end it indicates abnormal docking... but of course the dock is not on that floor.
Please can you tell me why this is? Any firmware update cause this error?
It happens on differents floors, before was working well
