Cannot upload feedback pictures

I am trying to send product feedback via the app and when I go to take a photo  it doesn’t seem to add it.  There is a green button in Chinese which doesn’t seem to do anything when I press it but there are no other options aside from a back arrow.

Sorry for the inconvenience. May I ask which portal this interface is in?
