Issue with Customize zone preferences

Hello,

I have defined specific parameters for the different zones (direction, height, etc.), but for some unknown reason, I am back in General Mode and have lost all my settings. The first time, I thought I had done something wrong and tried again, but it seems the application is buggy, causing the parameters to be lost. This is very frustrating.

Or try to log in to the APP with other electronic devices to see if the problem can be solved.
