As for the issue, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Check whether the main wheels are entangled with foreign matters, please clean it if any.
2. Confirm whether the top LDS sensor of the robot rotates normally. Please try to press the LDS upper cover gently to check whether it can rebound.
3. Check whether there are any foreign objects or hair entangled in the rotating part of the LDS that may block the LDS rotation. If so, please try to remove it.
4. Confirm whether there are uneven or warped stickers or large objects on the surface of the robot. If your robot is new, please check if the protective film on the robot body is warped. If so, please remove it.
5. Please try to tap the front bumper of the robot to check whether it can rebound.
6. Please wipe the line laser sensor and AI recognition sensor to make sure there are no fingerprints or dust.
7. Please restart the robot and try again.
