I’d like to ask u when new firmware update will be released (or at least planned).we are still with 4.3.9_1911
I hope major improvements on navigation while lidar turret is closed and some acts detection on low parts to clean (furnishings and sofa as well).

Hello, each new firmware version has to go through multiple tests and optimizations by engineers before it is released, so there is no fixed time for the release of the firmware version. So we cannot know when the next firmware version will be released.
Please don't worry, we have collected your suggestions and fed them back to our engineers. We hope that the problems you pointed out will be improved after the next firmware version is updated.
don't you have deadline dates for software updates? just like a product has to be ready by a date. software is maybe even more important than the product itself! other companies release updates regula
but why do optimali have to take so long? it's been 3 months since the launch. i understand it takes time but 3 months and still not knowing when an update is coming?
