Hello, this is my second Dreame robot. My first was an older model with a non rotating mop head which made no noise mopping.
Please can someone confirm if the grating type noise i am hearing is normal on the rotating mop heads. Only hearing it about 50% of the time though which is odd.
No obstructions of wheels and mop heads on correctly.
Is anyone else hearing this and is this normal with new models
