1. Our robot can detect obstacles and slow down in advance to avoid collisions. However, it may not be able to detect dark, reflective or small table and chair legs and some low obstacles. This is normal.
2. Clean the laser line sensor regularly with a soft dry cloth to ensure that it is free of fingerprints and dust.
3. Flexible obstacles such as curtains or slightly opened doors may cause minor collisions, which is normal.
4. Our robot supports online OTA updates. Chase will continue to optimize the effectiveness of obstacle detection, so we recommend that you check the firmware version regularly and update it in time. Because glass furniture will reflect light and affect the machine's recognition, we recommend using virtual walls and setting restricted areas to solve this problem.
