Hello, please try to solve the problem by following the steps below:
1. Check if the mop pad holder is damaged or entangled with foreign objects. If there is any foreign object, please try to clean it.
2. Please reinstall the mop pad holder and try again.
3. Please reset the robot and try again. Open the top cover and press the reset button with a tool for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Start restoring factory settings" (see the attached picture). Then restart the robot and try again.
*Please note: After resetting the robot, the cleaning data will be cleared and the cleaning settings will be restored to factory settings.
