Not cleaning well after update

Same issue this robot is only 1 day old latest firmware. My old Ecovacs is more accurate.
I have sent it out to clean multiple times always always struggle. Spinning around searching looking.

Has anyone found the issue yet?

Just bought mine an unpleasant surprise that this is a known issue (found multiple videos online) and yet the model is sold as if it has perfect edge cleaning.

I've tried enabling/disabling collision avoidance, AI-based MopExtend, remapped everything, but with no result.

Can someone guide me how to do Mapping on two floors
Do I need to move the charging station to the top floor?
On the ground floor, which is the station, it does normal mapping, on the upper floor it gets confused and cannot do mapping.
