Installed L20 ultra and impressed with cleaning so far (3 cleans 🙂) however the app needs improving, in a room that is half hard floor and half rug the ai doesn't detect the 'carpet' and manually placing carpet is fiddly and easily confused the robot when it tries to react to it because there's no absolute measure and the robot itself doesn't notice the difference. Also no deep clean option on a customisd schedule. But these are picky items I can maybe resolve over time

Realised that the carpet detection only happens when cleaning, not during initial mapping, L20 has improved it's view of the room after additional cleaning and I've been able to delete the manual carpet I added.

The device currently supports manually adding carpet areas as well as manually setting the floor type for different zones. You can adjust these settings based on your actual home environment to help the robot respond more accurately during cleaning.

La Ultra Gen 2, es un gran producto, un artefacto que sin duda resolverá con eficiencia y agilidad  la limpieza del hogar, especialmente cuando se trata de vivir con perros y gatos.  Sin duda, una gran compra. Sin embargo, lo pésimo e indignante es el servicio técnico que ofrece DREAME en Chile. “Plus Service”  “2 meses de “evaluación” que pueden llegar hasta 60 días hábiles. Es decir, un trimestre.
En lo personal, les sugiero que prefieran otra marca que les de garantía de un servicio técnico eficiente. El robot en algún momento lo necesitará.
