X40 won’t dock

My new X40 won’t dock. It’s like one side won’t lift enough to get onto the ramp.

The unit is sitting on carpet - is this an issue?

Please check if there is any dirt at the installation position of the mop pad holder. Then, remove and reinstall the mop pad holder.

If the issue persists, try restarting the device. If the problem is still not resolved, it might be due to a malfunction of the robot's internal mechanical arm, and you will need to contact our after-sales department for further assistance.
