[D9 Max Gen 2] Not charging

Hi Team,

I have purchased my Dreame and unfortunately cannot get it to charge.
I have tried to reset several times, looked out moving the location and it isnt working. Perhaps a fault

Hi,

Please ensure that the charging dock is connected to a power source. You can check if the outlet is working by using other appliances.

Then, unplug and reinsert both ends of the base station's power cable. When charging, the base station's power indicator light will flash white, and it will stay solid white when fully charged.

Please clean the charging contacts on both the charging dock and the robot to ensure good contact during charging.

If it still cannot charge, please contact the seller or our after-sales department for further assistance.
