L40 abnormal water on washboard

My l40 has developed an issue, with water not emptying from the washboard and the machine making a high pitched sound when it shoukd be sucking the water up.
I have followed all the instructions, checked the waste water container, the seals, the water drainage poubt and i cannot find a blockage.

Ive got same problem also. It started last week.

Try wiping the sensor inside the docking station and check for blockages. If all else fails make sure the base station is level and give them an email

Still giving you trouble? Worth checking the base station is sitting level too, that catches a lot of these out.
