Multi room

Hi how do I set up multi room, it’s just a single step up into the other room. When I add the 2nd map & place the vac in there to map, is will map then asked to go back to base. I place it back on,  map 1 floor but it can’t find its way back.
What’s the correct process

When creating a new multi-floor map, you need to move the base station and the robot to the new floor together. You can refer to the following steps to create a multi-floor map:

1. Move the robot and the base station to the corresponding floor or new environment, connect the base station to the power source, and place the robot on the charging dock.

2. Click the map icon in the app, open the multi-floor map switch, then click the "+ Create Map" button below to create a new map.

3. You can choose to start cleaning or quickly map the new environment. Please let the robot start from the charging dock. After the work is completed, the robot will automatically return to the charging dock and save the map automatically, completing the partitioning. Up to three to four maps can be saved.

Please note:

After the robot starts from the base station, do not change the location of the base station. Additionally, if the battery is low or someone manually assists the robot in returning to the base station during the cleaning process, the map will not be saved.

Once the map is successfully saved, if you need to clean a certain floor, please move the robot to the floor that needs cleaning and switch to the corresponding map in the app.

If the robot moves to a new floor, you need to create a map first by clicking "Multi-Floor Map" > "Create Map". Therefore, please ensure that the robot is on the same floor as the map before starting to clean.
