My Dreame vacuum keeps on leaving the dock on its own for no reason and going back then doing this few times

2. Accidental manual contact with the robot may disconnect the charging contacts, potentially causing the robot vacuum to leave the base station and reconnect.

3. Please check if the cables of the charging base are correctly connected. If the cables are loose, the base will not be able to supply power to the robot vacuum, causing it to leave the charging base and attempt to find a new power source.

4. If you share control of the robot vacuum with others, ensure that others are not operating it simultaneously.
