Our A10 Aqua Mop Roller cover keeps sticking and getting caught, requiring manual intervention.

Hello,

Please remove the roller brush and inspect it for foreign matter. If there is any, clean it and reinstall it.

If the problem persists, we recommend replacing the roller brush with a new one to see if that resolves the issue.
