Fails to self-dock

My robot vacuum was delivered 26 Nov and I just started using it 28 Nov. It repeatedly attempts to dock but cannot align itself properly with the base. It only completes the docking process if I manually push or nudge it into place. It’s painful to watch 🫣

I have been trying to upload a video but the Dreame app does not seem to support videos from Iphone

Hey there, maybe try putting it infront of the dock and resetting it? See if you have any luck.

I was advised by customer support to reset it as well and that did the trick. Thanks!
