[Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete] Detergent and Leaking Issues

Hi I have just purchased a Aqua 10 Roller complete, it arrived yesterday.


I have filled up both detergent tanks with the correction supplied dreame solution and the App keeps telling me to fill up tank A even thou it is filled up, I have removed it serveral time and shaked the tank.. but still the message appears,
Also the Aqua 10 leaves white residue on floor all the time, even after the unit has cleaned and dried the roller ??? I have removed the roller and inserted it again but still happens, I have raise a ticket for this .. but is anyone else having the same issues, the Aqua 10 was only purchased and arrived yesterday. its  brand new.

Hello,

Have you tried cleaning the detergent tank contacts and reinstalling it? If that doesn't work, it might be a sensor issue.

Regarding the white residue left on the floor, is it foam or lint? If it's lint, it could be from fluff on the roller. If not, could you please upload a picture to help us assess the situation?
