[Bug] carpet cleaning is not working as expected

I tried changing various carpet cleaning settings, I always get the same result which is vacuuming just a part of the carpet and ending the cleaning afterwards.
Carpet is small one with very low height, vacuum cleaner goes over it but for some reason doesnt vacuum correctly.

Cliff sensors are installed in front of the omnidirectional wheels and on the sides of the main wheels. These sensors are affected by infrared physics. When the robot approaches a dark carpet, it may trigger the cliff sensor alarm, causing it to malfunction and fail to clean properly.

Could you also provide an actual photo of the carpet?
