Auto turn on without any program set

I’m unsure if everyone is facing this issue but my L40s turns on automatically at 3:58pm on global mode everyday. I cannot see any settings on the app to disable it. Any help would be appreciated.

You haven't set any Scheduled Cleanup, correct?

Please check if the cable to the charging base is properly connected. If the cable is loose, the base won't supply power to the robot vacuum, causing it to leave the charging base and attempt to find a new power source.

If the robot is accidentally touched, causing the charging contacts to disconnect, this could lead to the robot vacuum exiting the base and reconnecting.

If you share control of the robot vacuum with others, ensure no one else is operating it simultaneously.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the following information for further analysis:

1.The SN number on the label under the robot.
2.The firmware version.
3.Upload logs in the app: Me — Help & Feedback — Report Logs.
