The worst

For over a week I have dreame Aqua 10 ultra,
I’ve owned several robot vacuums over the years — including the Dreame L20, the Dreame L50, and models from Roborock — and this one has been the worst experience of all of them. It struggles to detect even basic crumbs on the floor and constantly leaves bits behind, even after multiple passes. It moves at a painfully slow pace, which makes cleaning take far longer than it should. Overall, the performance is disappointing, especially compared to other machines I’ve used. I really expected better for the price.

Based on what you described, we suggest you try the following steps:

If the debris is relatively large, we recommend setting the suction power to a higher mode.

In addition, you can try cleaning the roller brush and the filter, and make sure to empty the dustbin in time to see if this improves the situation.

If the issue persists after completing these steps, you may need to contact the seller or our after-sales service team for further assistance.

I've just scheduled a return on mine after 1.5 months... lots of small issues which never seem to get addressed and support response was often suggesting i return the unit for a replacement! Even when some were (i think) firmware/software issues.

Just had a firmware updated today (4.3.9_3507) , 2 days before collection(!). So giving it once more mop and vac chance.

I could not find any release notes published about the firmware update to know if its addressing my issues at all.

Some being:
* the erratic "lost" navigation around the house
* phantom thresholds being placed on my mapped rooms causing the vac to pause and get its jumping legs out over and over again
* overall slow room cleaning (compared to my roborock s6) - probably battery capacity is too small
* leaking dock when roller mop is cleaned
* detergent tank showing as an error randomly under the dock status

Shame really as i wanted to like this new Dreame Aqua 10
