5. Check whether there are any uneven stickers, warped labels, or large objects attached to the robot's surface. If your robot is new, please check whether the protective film on the robot has become lifted or warped. If so, remove it. 6. Clean the line laser sensor and the AI recognition sensor, ensuring there are no fingerprints, dust, or dirt obstructing them. 7. Check the map in the app for any overlapping areas, map corruption, or abnormal map behavior. If you notice any issues, please try restoring the map or creating a new one. 8. Restart the robot and test it again.

Hello, Please try the following steps: 1. Check whether any debris, hair, or other objects are tangled around the drive wheels. If so, clean them thoroughly. 2. Verify that the LDS (Laser Distance Sensor) on top of the robot is rotating normally. Gently press down on the LDS cover and check whether it springs back properly. 3. Inspect the rotating part of the LDS for any hair or foreign objects that may be preventing it from rotating. If you find any, carefully remove them. 4. Gently tap the front bumper and make sure it can move freely and return to its normal position.
