Aqua10 Mop after Vac not vacuuming first

Just brought the Aqua10 Roller Complete and have selected ‘custom’ clean and chose ‘Mop after Vac’.
Schedule clean has started but it’s mopping first dragging all the debris everywhere.
Why isn’t it vacuuming first?

Did you also set the “Mop after Vac” mode in the scheduled cleaning task? Could you please provide a screenshot of the settings in the scheduled cleaning?

If you have also set “Mop after Vac” in the scheduled cleaning, please provide the following information so we can further investigate:

- The SN number on the label at the bottom of the robot
- The firmware version
- Upload the log in the app: Me → Help & Feedback → Report Log

Try it on custom set up see if it changes in one room
