[Matrix10 Ultra] Mop pad issues

1153 6
When changing the mop pads, the machine has, on multiple occasions 'lost' the pads. Sometimes they are left in the bottom of the machine where it loads / u loads them from the robot. And today - twice, one has been stuck at the top / not put back correctly from the carousel.

Any ideas to keep the pads running smoothly?

In summary, I returned this unit and now have a replacement which does not do this. But it does l fail for another reason. I'll start a new thread for that.

Hello,

You can reset the mop transport rack in the app to help reposition the mop pads:

Settings → More Features → Device Maintenance → Reset Mop Transport Rack

This should allow the robot to properly return the mop pads to their correct position.

A white floor maybe wasn't the best choice hence the robot vacuum 😅. But it is easier to clean than carpet with cats etc.
My issues with the mop pads still resides mind. I have tried resetting the rack multiple times, wit the robot I place and with it removed but still the pads are misplaced. Attached photo was today's, it seems to have dropped the totally today.

Further investigation has lead me to see that it is only the bottom pads (general cleaning) that it fails with. The rack moved to position and extends out. Picks up the left pad but doesn't quite contact the right one so does pick it up.
I have swapped the pads over and it is still the left one? Although the other pads work so it must extend far enough to collect those.

Is the brush supposed to spin round when hoovering only?

You can choose spinning whilst hoovering or not.
