[D10 Plus] Cant find base station

Hello,

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check whether the charger plug is loose and ensure the base station is properly powered on.

2. The base station should be placed against a wall. We recommend positioning it in an open area, with at least 1.5 meters of clearance in front and 0.5 meters on each side. Keep it away from signal interference sources such as routers or TVs, and avoid placing it opposite reflective surfaces like mirrors or windows.

3. During cleaning, make sure the robot starts from the base station, and check whether the LDS laser sensor on top of the robot is rotating normally.

4. Inspect the robot’s main wheels to ensure they are not slipping or stuck during cleaning.

5. If none of the above issues apply, open the robot’s top cover and press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to restart it. Then move the base station to a more open area and try again.

6. If the base station has been moved, manually align the robot with the base station and start the cleaning task from there.
