[L40s Pro Ultra] Real time camera not working

Hi all, I have just got my L40s pro ultra and trying to use the real time camera but it doesn't work....any suggestions?

Hello,

1. Please first check whether both the app and the robot firmware are updated to the latest version.

2. Make sure your home network is stable. If the network is working properly, we recommend restarting both the robot and the app, then observing the situation again. In the Dreame Home app, go to “Me” → tap the settings icon in the top right corner → “General” → “Clear Cache.” After that, close and reopen the app.

3. If the issue persists, please try logging out of your app account and logging back in.

I contacted your aftersale support and I was really unimpressed! I requested a call back from a manager yesterday at 9:30AM and guess what? I'm still waiting! If you spend £800 you expect better!

Hi I have tried all of those and then some but still nothing, I'm unsure if it's a defective unit as even the voice assistant is quite temperamental
