D20 Pro Plus Accessories

Merry Christmas and a happy new year to everyone.

We Have had Robert, our D20Pro Plus for a couple of days now and have been delighted with his superior performance compared to our 10 year old, very tired, robot vacuum.

I’m looking round for additional mop cloths and additional debris bags etc and can’t seem to find any that are for Robert’s Model. The official Dreame web shop doesn’t list any and the usual places such as Amazon and eBay have knock offs that don’t appear to be compatible either. The main issue seems to be the placement of the Velcro (Photo attached) that coincides with the mop cartridge.

I would be interested in hearing from other D20 Pro Plus owners and from Dreame themselves as to where I can purchase compatible accessories.
