Can we use 3rd party floor cleaning solution for H12 dual wet and dry vacuum?

I have done so many follow ups with the dreame india team and they are absolutely clueless and everyone I speak with from dreame has only sympathy but no knowledge or actionable solutions. One representative I spoke to over a phone call told me that I can also use 3rd party floor cleaning solution in the machine, can someone confirm this?

Can’t confirm either way but interested to hear an official answer.
