Side brush detatching

Does anyone else have the issue of side brush constantly detaching by the little screw?  Three days is the max life we are fetting before the brush falls off and we have to put it back on.

I'd recommend emailing them on aftersales@dreame.tech and raising this with support.

Hello, please try the following steps to resolve your issue:

1. Check if the side brush is deformed or tangled with foreign objects.

2. If the side brush is confirmed to be deformed, please replace it with a new one.

3. If there are foreign objects: During cleaning, the side brush and roller brush may become tangled with household power cords, charging cables, etc. Please remove the side brush and remove the foreign objects.

After cleaning, try placing the robot near the cleaning area for continued cleaning. Before cleaning, try tidying up the power cords on the floor to prevent tangling.
