My product leaves a puddle on the floor under the dock, doesn’t empty the dirt always. I have to remove the dust collector atleast four times a week to remove tangled pet hair. Anyone experiencing similar trouble?

Hello,

Regarding the issue of water accumulation beneath the base station, please check if the robot's water outlet is blocked. Refer to the video in the following link:

Additionally, please remove the water tank, wipe its bottom surface, and then firmly reinstall it before using it again.

Fluffy or clumped hair may not be easily sucked in and could affect the fan's operation. Please clean it manually. Furthermore, we recommend increasing the sweep frequency and the number of automatic emptying cycles to minimize dust accumulation.

I’m also having this problem with every vacuum! I can’t use the mop function due to dirty streaks of water, either! What’s the point in spending a grande on a robot hoover if I ha ve to manually mop up dirty water, clean inside station , pull hair out of the bin, etc. every time I use it, only to have to resort to using my handheld vacuum and then mop myself?! I bought this 2 months ago and I hate it , it’s not fit for purpose! I can’t upload 1 picture as it’s hd. I want to cry for the money I’ve wasted. I did so much research first, too. Surely all these excellent reviews aren’t representative!

If you would like to further enhance the automation experience, you may consider purchasing the automatic water refill and drainage kit from our official website to reduce the need for manual maintenance.
