Refused to Mop after mats removed.

I own the L40S Ultra and to date it has been awesome. I have hybrid floor boards and on it I have 3 rugs/mats, it vacuums the area and the rugs/mats perfectly, however when I remove the maps for when I want it to mop the same area, it avoids the area where the rugs/mats used to be. I’ve gone into the settings and changed the area where it has detected that rugs/mats are carpet and opted for “ignore”, however it still won’t mop the area. I tried to force it to mop sections (rugs/mats area) by having it do it through the ‘zone’ option, and even then it still avoids the area. Please help, it’s doing my head in. What can I do?

The “ignore” should resolve it as that the purpose of it.  Have you tried manually driving over?

it would go to the edge of where the rug/mats would of been, pause and then say “cleaning completed” and return to dock without mopping the area.

Yes I manually drove over it, using ‘remote’ feature in hope that it would map out that the rug/mats were gone, however after selecting the ‘zone’ feature again it failed to mop it

Hello,

If the rugs were manually added to the map, the robot will not recognize that the rugs have been removed.

In this case, we recommend trying to remap and use it again.
