Low clearance

Hi, if i put the aqua 10 into clean genius mode it thinks that there are low clearance areas and starts lowering its lidar and moving about not knowing where its going. If i take it out of this mode and manualy select to vac or mop a room its fine.

Does the map show a low area at all?

I would double check the map that your robot has created and inspect everything that has been labelled

It creates a low clearance area and I delete it but it adds it back every time. If I just send it in to clean that room without clean genius its fine and does not create the low level zone.

Could we get a photo of the area that has the issue plus room. Be good to see why it’s putting it back in
