We recommend updating the app to the latest version and unbinding the device from Alexa, then rebinding it, and trying again.

Same with me. I have routines and control my Dreame via Alexa without problems until the Skill Disappeared. It was working very well for me, you just need to create routines to translate the long text required by Dreame skill into simple sentences like "clean the kitchen". Anyways, I hope this is a temporary glitch. Starting the Robot via voice command was a great feature.
