[Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete] Detergent tank installation error

Hello everyone,

I have another question regarding my Dreame aqua 10 ultra. It is now showing a fault with "Detergent installation error" but i have removed it, checked it over and slotted it back in with a tiny bit of pressure but it keeps saying the same error message. It has no visual damage, scuffs or marks, the tanks are full and in place but still the error message persists.

Thank you for reaching out. We suggest you try to wipe the metal contacts on the detergent cartridge and inside the station with a dry, clean cloth to ensure a good connection, then re-install it.

I had this, I turned off the vacuum and turned iff the base at the wall. Restarted both and the error went away.

Support covered the core steps. If it still throws the error after reseating the cartridge, can you share the exact message and a photo of how it’s seated? That usually makes it obvious whether it’s alignment or a sensor fault.
